With over 20 years of proven leadership, I have guided teams across engineering, operations, and cross-functional environments to achieve organizational goals. My leadership journey began at a young age while serving in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard, where I led teams in combat and learned the importance of decisiveness, accountability, and operating under pressure. These experiences shaped my ability to inspire trust, build cohesion, and remain focused on mission success in any environment. Throughout my career, I have carried these principles into engineering and business, leading diverse teams through complex projects, new product development, and strategic growth initiatives. Grounded in both technical expertise and business acumen, I bring a balanced perspective that unites discipline, integrity, and innovation to drive lasting results. 

 With two decades of engineering experience, I have expertise in designing, developing, and delivering innovative products that prioritize safety, quality, and performance. My career highlights include the successful launch of a multi-million-dollar, high-visibility project that advanced green initiatives by converting diesel-powered equipment to electric units. This effort required collaboration across multiple companies to align requirements with project deliverables and showcased my ability to lead complex, cross-functional engineering efforts. I bring a strong background in product development, process optimization, and strategic planning, leveraging Six Sigma methodologies and lean principles to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance reliability. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to continual improvement, innovation, and aligning technical solutions with both customer needs and organizational goals. 

I have direct experience supporting organizational growth through acquisitions, collaborating with executive leadership during the due diligence process to evaluate opportunities and risks. My role included assessing technical and operational impacts, aligning strategic goals, and ensuring a smooth integration of intellectual property into existing business operations. I worked closely with stakeholders across both organizations to develop strategies that bridged cultural, structural, and technical differences, ensuring that resources, personnel, and processes were positioned for long-term success. This experience strengthened my ability to navigate complex negotiations, align cross-company initiatives, and deliver value through strategic acquisition efforts. 

With a strong background in business management and analytical problem-solving, I leverage data-driven strategies to optimize performance and deliver measurable results. As a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Certified Associate in Project Management, I bring proven expertise in improving processes, reducing inefficiencies, and leading projects from conception to completion. My experience spans strategic planning, resource allocation, and cross-functional leadership, ensuring that business objectives are achieved on time and within scope. By uniting technical insight with project discipline and management acumen, I consistently drive operational excellence, support organizational growth, and create lasting value. 

My volunteer efforts with the Johnstown Generals Veteran Hockey Team reflect my commitment to service, teamwork, and community. I first became involved as a player and later joined the board of directors, serving as interim vice president where I helped establish the organization’s structure through the creation of its bylaws. Currently, I serve as secretary of the board of directors, continuing to support organizational development while promoting veteran involvement within the community. Through these efforts, I have contributed to building a sustainable foundation for the team’s mission of camaraderie, resilience, and engagement for veterans. 

Since 2014, I have volunteered as a youth soccer coach with Richland AYSO, where I focus on developing not only players’ athletic skills but also their character and leadership. Through coaching, I strive to inspire young athletes to embrace sportsmanship, show respect for others, and view mistakes as valuable opportunities for growth. My goal is to create a positive and supportive environment where players learn teamwork, discipline, and confidence—qualities that extend far beyond the soccer field.
