  • Accountable for continual process improvement: created a method of calculating government solicitation bids that yielded an increase in revenue by $2.8 million.
  • Led a team to streamline the procedures with a goal to increase product visibility and product awareness within the company.
  • Team leader to implement data analytics with a goal of cost reduction analysis achieving $2.5 million in savings.

  • Co-inventor of a shelving concept, supplying over 80,000 units to the USPS, in order to efficiently utilize the cargo area of the postal vehicle. Patent No: US20150183360A1
  • Leading high performing group of individuals accountable for test of prototype and production parts;
    • The Air Brake Test Stand was designed to comply with SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) Standards on all components of a Class 8 vehicle’s brake system. The test stand provided a return on investment in just 6 months.
    • The Water Pump Test Stand offered the ability to establish life-cycle and performance improvements, leading the start of production. QA/QC to optimize performance and cost-effective manufacturing with selected supplier.

Engineering Technician Sep2008-Feb2017

Reverse engineer new products and generate drawings for manufacture, design test fixtures to evaluate prototype and production parts for life-cycle assessment, and evaluate prototypes and pre-production parts for proper form, fit, and function.

  • Accountable for creating new and legacy parts for the USPS. Includes life-cycle assessment and manufacturing cost effectiveness.
